About the Event
Acro-Zouk Weekend
A magic weekend when Zouk meets elements of lifts, tricks and acro-yoga.
In this special weekend of acro and zouk workshops we will play with lots of different (easy) acrobatic movements, and learn how to prepare our bodies and partner connection so that we can flow in and out of them creating an Acro-Zouk experience.
Saturday Schedule
15:00-19:00 Workshop 1: In this workshop we will warm-up our bodies through stretching and dance before learning some basic ground and air acrobatic movements. Then we will experiemnt with ways to include our new lifts and tricks into our Zouk dance.
19:00-20:00 Dinner: We will hang out in the venue and eat altogether.
