About the Event

Join us for a beautiful evening of dance and connection. We will share a cacao ritual in a sacred circle and then move into dance and connection.


Schedule:

  1. 18:00-19:30 Open Practica

  2. 19:45-20:30 Cacao Circle

  3. 20:30 - 22:00 Embodiment Dance Guided Workshop


Come together in community to share a calm and sacred moment on a Monday evening and then move your body with presence and freedom. The workshop is a guided dance class so you can enjoy your body and relax your mind.
