Intimate Connections with Zouk, Breathwork & Cacao Ceremony

A full day of nourishment through Zouk workshops, breathwork, healthy food, social dancing and singing.

I am really excited to bring this full schedule of activities to such a beautiful venue in Zurich. The combination of dance and movement, with meditation, breathwork and singing (vibration) is so healthy for opening and purifying your entire body.

The Schedule

1:00 PM - 2:30 PM - Dance Connection

2:30 PM - 3:30 PM - Breathwork

3:30 PM - 4:30 PM - Crystal Bowl Sound Healing

4:30 PM - 5:15 PM - Break

5:15 PM - 7:00 PM - Dance Workshop

7:00 PM - 8:30 PM - Dinner Ritual

8:30 PM - 9:30 PM - Connection Activity

9:30 PM - 01:00 PM - Social dancing and Cacao Ceremony

Food

A fruit and nut snack is provided in the afternoon.

The dinner ritual follows a special diet called: 'Ehret's mucusless diet'  which generally includes fruit and green leaf vegetables. Our chef in the kitchen is called Ruh Demirel. The first time Ruh catered a Zoukies event it was a huge success and so I am really happy to organise him for us again.
