Zouk & Body Healing Workshop (with Party)

A full day of loving your body through movement, dance, treatment, massage and good food.

Join us for this special day of feeling and empowering your body with loving energy, creativity and partner connection.

The Schedule

13:00-15:00 - Zouk Workshop (with Jonny). In this workshop we will learn some structure and technique of Brazilian Zouk so we can enjoy to move and flow in this dance by improving our technical skills and awareness.

15:30-18:00 - Bodywork & Dance (with Jonny & Irem). I'm really excited for this workshop!! First we warm-up our bodies and sensitivity to connection with various dance exercises, then we will form small groups and perform alternative relaxation treatments through energy work and body healing.

18:00-19:30 Dinner. Please join us for a sharing circle, group dinner and food ritual.

19:30-23:00 Party. We will warm-up our bodies with a short Zouk workshop and gradually transition into a party.

Tickets

You can buy individual tickets for each separate part of the day or a full pass and save a bit of money.

The dinner will be vegen and is included in the full day pass.

Please bring your own snack or lunch for the afternoon break (between 15:00-15:30).
