A powerfully transcending retreat!! With 4 days and 3 nights in the snowy mountains of Sparenmoos we have lots of time to explore the depth and wonder of the masculine (Shiva) and feminine (Shakti) energies. This amazing venue has two dance rooms, a cuddle room, a sauna, a pool and some amazing views just a short hiking distance away. You can expect lots of dance exercises that invoke your inner energies, along with breathwork, meditations, rituals and sacred ceremonial spaces.
