This retreat is the perfect place to dive into the basics of Brazilian Zouk. In this safe and cosy 2-day retreat we welcome you on a journey of learning Brazilian Zouk and relaxation.

What to expect?: A full schedule of steps, structure, technique, connection, embodiment and flow. (+wellness)

You do not need any dance experience or dance patner to join this retreat. However if you have attended a Quickstart workshop previously, this is the perfect place to continue.

Over two days we will explore:

10am - 12:00 ... Group welcome (embodied connection & steps)

12:00 - 14:00 ... Lunch (please bring your own lunch for the first day)

14:00 - 16:00 ... Technique, Steps & Flow

16:00 - 17:30 ... Wellness & Relaxation

17:30 - 19:00 ... Dinner (included)

19:00 - 21:00 ... Routines & Practice Time

21:00 - 22:00 ... Integration Wellness & Relaxation

Sunday

09:00 - 10:30 ... Breakfast (included)

10:30 - 12:00 ... Steps & Structure

Other Information

- Sleeping is provided in single or double rooms. If you prefer to return to your own home there is a separate ticket option.

- All food is healthy vegetarian (if you are vegan please inform me)
