Ignite a sense of power, passion and creativity whilst dancing and exploring the flow of Brazilian Zouk
Description
This retreat is about feeling a fully energised and embodied version of ourselves through opening the body to the energies of power, passion, creativity and purpose through dance, dsnce, dance and meditation.
We will undertake a range of exercises and games to connect with ourselves, dance like crazy and consciously connect with others.
