Step into 24 hours of embodied blissful exploration where tantra and dance weave their artistic magic on your mind, body and soul. This weekend invites you to slow down, open up, and experience the richness of conscious movement, touch, and connection.
Together, we will journey through movement meditations, playful touch exchanges, massage, vulnerable sharing, guided dance journyes and shared meals. Each session is designed to invite you deeper into presence with yourself and others, blending techniques from contact improvisation and Zouk partner dance.
Our approach is grounded, creative, and spacious, encouraging you to move with authenticity, explore new dynamics of connection, and discover the subtle interplay of sensuality and play. No previous dance experience is required. You may join alone or with a partner.
The retreat includes one shared dinner and one nourishing breakfast. Please bring your own snacks…
