A deep dive into the other half of the dance. Leaders become followers and followers become leaders. For this workshop both sides will switch roles.

Learning the other half of the dance is the path to deep connection. You will begin to understand with your mind and body how leading and following really works.
We will learn how to switch roles seamlessly during a dance, the techniques for both sides, play lots of dance games as well as solo, group and partner exercises. This workshop will be a lot of fun! Any questions please email me: info@zoukies.ch
