This training is designed for anyone engaged in spaces of responsibility and care, whether in facilitation, education, or parenting. It is a deep and vulnerable dive into your inner landscape: your mind, body, patterns, habits, and unconscious behaviours. For this reason, participants need to have sufficient capacity and experience in holding themselves through moments of heightened nervous system activation.
