This training is ideal for anyone in conscious spaces of responsibility and facilitation, somatic education and parenting. This course is a vulnerable dive into yourself (mind and body) your patterns, habits and unconscious behaviours. For this reason you need to have sufficient capacity and experience in managing your wellbeing.
