Through the power and embodiment of dance structures we will learn to become profound leaders of ourselves and others. Dance is an intelligence that ripples through your body, activating brain centres and inspiring both intellectual and creative wisdom. A divine path to Leadership Mastery. This training is ideal for anyone in conscious spaces of responsibility and facilitation, somatic education and parenting. This course is a vulnerable dive into yourself (mind and body) your patterns, habits and unconscious behaviours. For this reason you need to have sufficient capacity and experience in managing yourself in times of hightened nervious system activation.
This training course is immersive and practical, backed by theoretical knowledge and over 15 years of experience in leadership, dance, mindfulness, meditation and experience design. You will receive 50 hours of tuition…
