About the Event
What is... Winter Wonderland
Its an environment we will create together of dance, vitality and community. You can expect to come away from this retreat:
feeling rested, energised, heart-open, playful and cared for,
dancing more confidently, creatively and with connection,
nourished from mind to body and full of joy and love.
We will be a small group of 15-20 people sharing Christmas together in a fun and creative way of dance and authentic-relating. During the event there is plenty of time to enjoy nature, sleep, journal and meet your own needs around the group activities. The schedule is below:
