About the Event
What is... Winter Wonderland
Its an environment we will create together of playfulness, learning, caring and wellbeing. You can expect to come away from this retreat:
feeling rested, energised, heart-open, playful and cared for,
dancing more confidently, creatively and with connection,
fully nourished from mind to body and everything in between.
We will be a small group of 30 people with a focus on community, having lots of fun, and learning Zouk. The even is fully catered and guided with plenty of time for rest and recovery. An outline of the schedule is below:
