About the Event
Welcome to a full and beautiful day of Zouk dancing and meditations at the Blisshaus. March 5 | 2022
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
During the day we will have the dance workshops and meditation activities. Then in the evening we will rest for dinner and begin the mantra and cacao ceremony.
We will cover a combination of technique and conceptual work during the dance workshops so that both your mind and body get a full experience of the dance. In addition to dancing we will remain grounded, connected and present with ourselves and each other in a meditative space throughout the day.
🤝 Limited to 10 people for the dancing. You do not need to come with a partner :-)

Clothing
- bring flat dance shoes or socks to dance in
- please bring a spare t-shirt or top as you may wish to change before the cacao ceremony
- bring a towel if you wish to take a shower or swim after the workshops.
Food & Sleep
- please bring your own snack for lunch
- after the workshops we will provide dinner
- you can sleep overnight at the Blisshaus, please write to us if you wish to sleep overnight.
