Sapfiria has been living in Sardinia for over two years, embracing a natural and authentic lifestyle. With a decade of experience as a Hatha Yoga teacher and a dedicated daily practitioner, she loves to harmonize the body, mind, and soul. In addition to her yoga expertise, Sapfiria brings 20 years of shamanic knowledge and wisdom, offering individual sessions and ceremonies to share her unique gifts.

Jonny Driscoll has been teaching and dancing Brazilian Zouk for over 12 years, traveling worldwide to share his passion. Renowned for his calm and creative teaching style, Jonny combines his extensive knowledge of Zouk with his expertise as an embodiment coach. His workshops emphasize technique, freedom and connection, creating transformative spaces where dancers can enhance their skills and express their authentic selves. Dedicated to fostering a safe, supportive and joyful learning environment, Jonny's classes promote personal growth and connection through the art of dance.
