Dear Friends, I am so excited for this retreat, it combines everything!! A beautiful location high up in the mountains of Sparemoos (between Lausanne and Bern), the best food you can imagine cooked with so much love, and workshops in Zouk and Tantra! ๐ฅณย
Zoukenergy retreats always combine dance, music, meditation and a variety of other activities and games to strengthen the connection between your mind, body and soul. During this fifth edition we will go deep inside of ourselves to experience the world of Tantra. Tantra is a way of life that is about unlocking energy pathways to enhance our presence and awareness in all aspects of life. During this retreat we will be focussing on the Heart Chakra around opening ourselves to greater loving kindness. If you've never experience Tantra before, this is a safe and supportive place to try.
