Booking a private session with Jonny is an experience of getting to know yourself better. Whether you are learning dance technique or seeking help with a challenging situation in life. Jonny will help connect you to your body and essence, so that you can learn with ease and observe your mind through spaciousness and the clarity to make empowering decisions. Learning online is very helpful for understanding situations, structures, tools and techniques; while learning in person allows Jonny to support you through directly connecting to and understanding your physiological states.
