DANCE BEFORE WORK what a crazy idea Back when I lived in Zurich there was a man who used to take private classes before work. 7am - 8am he would come to my house and we would dance for 60 minutes. I LOVED IT 🥰 I used to wake up and follow him for 60 minutes, enjoying feeling my cells as they slowly come online in the morning. DECEMBER CHALLENGE Dates: 1st - 5th Dec. •⁠ ⁠5x days •⁠ ⁠⁠06:30am - 07:45am •⁠ ⁠⁠fixed partners •⁠ ⁠⁠Zouk class Observe how amazing you feel after waking up early and dancing your body awake. Find a partner, then message me for registration. Class is available for all levels. I won’t teach steps. I will teach concepts and ideas to expand your existing knowledge. The class will be flowy to slowly awaken with awareness and connection.
