About the Event
Welcome to Zouk dancing in Bern. The next workshop and social is taking place on Friday 19th April.
Please arrive 18:30 for a slow transition from the outside world, to your inner world.
At 18:50 we will begin a journey of bodywork and zouk. Helping the mind and body become open and flexible for social dancing.
At 20:30 we will create an atmosphere for social dancing and practice.
- Everyone is welcome, and you do not need to bring a partner.
- Inside the room Pandora we will dance in socks or indoor (non-marking) dance shoes. No outdoor shoes please.
- Some fruit and snacks will be provided. You're welcome to also bring your own contributions to share.
