Join us for a very special Zouk Fusion immersion. The course will take place at Kamala Yoga, Schreinerweg 15, 3012. There will be 3 sessions that take place on Wednesday evenings, from 20:00 to 22:00, on the 5th, 12th, and 19th of June, including some practica time after class to explore together. While Jonny will share his expertise in Zouk, Sia will guide you through the exciting terrain of Fusion Dance, as you'll learn to blend techniques from both approaches into your own personal dance and embodiment practice. CONTENT: Each week we will focus on a body region and explore how the structures of Zouk and the musicality of Fusion compliment and inspire the two dances to evolve and support improvisation and connection. - Week 1: Cranial-sacral (spine and head) - Week 2: Connecting Limbs (torso, arms and hands) - Week 3: Lower body (hips, legs and feet) Whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer, this is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your skills and be part of two dance communities merging together.
